The Why
Krista Johnson had a deep passion for the Pembroke community and inspiring movement among youth. Her dedication to health, fitness, and giving back left a lasting impact on those around her. In her memory, friends, family, and the community have kept her legacy alive through the annual Krista Johnson Memorial Run, moving together and fundraising since 2013 to support causes and programming that would be close to her heart.
Event Details
The Krista Johnson Memorial Run includes:
- 2km Walk/Run – 10:00 am start time
- 5km – 10:00 am start time
- 10km – 9:45 am start time
- Half Marathon – 8:00 am start time
All events are chip timed.
Bib Pick Up will be on Saturday, June 6- 3:00 pm – 5:00pm (Gazebo/Soccer Field at Riverside Park) and Sunday before the event beginning at 7:15 am.
